Cancellation/Refund Policy
Our policy does not offer any kind of refund or cancellation for any of our services Online/Offline under any circumstances. However, the user can postpone his/her training programs ONLY ONCE to the next available schedule (as per his/her convenience) on approval via mail confirmation at info.phoenixsharemarket@gmail.com 10 days prior to the program.
Refunds (if applicable)
In case of any extra/double payment for the same service, you have to mail us to info.phoenixsharemarket@gmail.com stating the detailed reason for the refund. We will scrutinize it thoroughly and the final decision will be made by us.
If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed through the original method of payment within 30 days after deducting the service and the management cost of 5%.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
